Hello, all. I have a Harman pf100, about 20 years old. Stove was cleaned twice, all airways open. Exhaust sensor and board replaced. can get a good fire going in burn pot, but pellets push the fire out. Switch in manual light, thermostat turned all the way up. Checked for restrictions at air inlet near auger. Chimney pipe clear. All chains visible and working. Status light steady ON. Auto ignition no longer works, there is a bulge in the burn pot.
Dealer cannot figure it out.
To reiterate: Get fire well started in burn pot, but new pellets then push the fire out of the burn pot.
Hope someone can help with this problem.
