In turbo tax 2015 it's under Energy Saving Improvements click on Energy Efficient Property that learn more button says to use that line.

Does anyone know if chimney liners are deductible (if used to enable a 75% or more efficient stove)?

There is a lot of info here. Personally my stove cost covered the value needed to get the $300

I sent it all in with my taxes. I provided no proof. Didn't say I needed to.
