We installed this fireplace in our new house and it is not putting out the heat like advertised (1400 sq ft). We are lucky to feel the heat from 5 feet away. Any suggestions on troubleshooting to determine the problem would be appreciated. Tried the distributor and Travis Industries and did not get any useful information.
