Hi! Hoping someone here can help!

I have a heat n glo 6000cl-ipi-s. When I turn it on, the pilot light turns on without an issue... But the burner flame is very low and it seems that only some of the burners turn on sometimes, and takes awhile for them all to light.. We have cleaned the burner without improvement in the size of flames. I have attached an image so you can see what I'm working with. As you can see, the flames are very low and not all of them are lit.

You are going to need to have someone test the pressures. Could be dirt or bad valve.
