Sweet shed! I'd recommend he not side cover the stacks with the blue tarp. That can hold in moisture. Ideally, he should get away from tarps and go with a top cover that holds up better.

Is he a hearth.com member?

I doubt it, they just bought the place! The previous owners look like they set them up well though!
