16 degrees outside and she's parked in front of the stove. Nighty-night!

Lol......they love it! They sat outside all summer on our deck. Since we brought them in back in the fall they have looked poor. My wife wanted to try putting them there and since then they have perked up and are doing great.

Honestly, to the immediate left/right of the stove is just barely warm even when the stove is 600+ degrees.

Perfect then. It does look nice.

Haha, believe me when she put them there, I immediately said that may not be a good idea.

Wonder what she's thinking about...?

I have a little one that likes it too. Here with his sweater on, up against his big sister.....he must be ready to self combust. Lol.

That's a cool looking stove. Looks like it would through a crazy amount of heat. [emoji106]

It's an insert I picked up this fall 1982 manufacture date so it fits the '79 construction of the fireplace. It kicks out wild heat. I need to put a hearth in the floor sooner rather than later. When it's wicked windy it hits the chimney just right and drafts to beet hell and I have to choke the air down to nothing and it just roars. Been averaging 3-5 hr burn times on cottonwood slab wood !

That thing looks like it is designed to burn disused pianos. :)
