A rare sighting, first for me

No pics yet, but went to a friends house last night around 9 to watch puppies being born. Got to see 4 enter the world over the course of 20 minutes. All 4 were yellows, that followed a chocolate who was first out of the gate. My chocolate came from the same female. Will have pics in a day or so and an update on the totals/score...

We were there when our last dog showed up. Had him until the day he died. He was the best dog ever.

When I was very young (maybe 5 or 6), my mom woke me up in the middle of the night to come out and watch as our Dachshund had a litter of 3. Totally amazing. When I was ~18 in college living off campus in a rental house with 5 other guys, my dog gave birth to a litter of 6 in my bedroom...to a packed crowd/cheering section. 3 of my roomies each picked out a pup. It really is quite something to watch.
