My wife exercises while staring at a basement wall on an aerobic stepper machine. I keep telling her that splitting wood is a more useful form of exercise, but I’m apparently not very convincing. Maybe I need to have her talk with Dix.

I was at the Dr's last month, first visit, and you have to fill out a form with basic info. One question was "how active are you?" I wrote down "I heat my house with wood, and I have horses. No gym needed". Dr agreed
