Hello all. I’m getting terrible black soot deposits on the glass of my Harman XXV-tc.I no sooner clean the glass and within a half hour the soot starts to build up again. It forms an arch at the top of the glass. Someone on this forum suggested that perhaps the draft needs adjusting. My dealer said that I have to “lean out” my flame. To me that means adjusting the draft. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t understand the electronics of the newer “tc” version of the stove nor does he understand the “easy touch control” panel. So he’s not much help.
Can anyone tell me how to adjust the draft on my XXV-tc?
