The #2 error light comes on. Stove goes into start mode and then shuts down after 20 seconds. Replaced fire sensor, vacuum switch and check both room and combustion fans. Both are working. Thoughts?

isn't the flashing #2 a vacuum problem? Is the stove real clean? Have you checked to see if the vacuum hose is clear? Take it off the vacuum switch and blow into it towards the stove?

How old of stove? #2 is indication of low or no vacuum. Lots of glass on that model. Have you tried the bill test on the ash door and main door? Have you tried jumping the vac switch? If after you jump the vac switch and things start up you will have narrowed it down to vacuum loss somewhere. We Should get ya going with out to much fuss IMO:)

Stove is five years old. What is the bill test? I haven't done it regardless. I put a new vac switch and fire indicator switch in two days ago.

Stick George in the door and close. Try all around the doors. If the bill easily pulls out the seal is probably pulling in air and your losing vacuum.

Definitely a vacuum issue. That stove also has an internal damper. Start with it all the way closed and open it slowly until it runs. Unplug and reset the board as you go along. With patience you will find the correct setting

Have you cleaned behind the firebox thru the ash traps? Tapped the firebox walls with a hammer to dislodge the ash that builds up inside the stove? Used a leaf blower on the exhaust vent? Just asking… my experience with these stoves sez most of the same problems come from a stove plugged with ash.

There are two cleanout doors near the burn pot, and later stoves have a third behind the ash pan. Have you removed them and cleaned in there?

#2 light is vacuum loss, jumping the switch should eliminate that code, but don't run the stove like that!

A clogged vent will produce the fault, also. The leaf blower trick is strongly indicated here!
