American Harest 6039 ABC panel

This is my 2nd winter with this. The first one failed terribly. I for some reason can't set it right. It barely blows warm air into the room, which means it's going out. Seems to burn the pellets fine, but seems my settings are all wrong. Is there anyone that can help me set this? The Manuel doesn't seem to help me. My house is small, 930 Sq ft. With the full basement, which the stove is in. Any advice would be great!
