Good morning, I just purchased a home with an American Harvest 6039 installed and it has started overfilling the burn pot consistently. I wanted to see if anyone here could help me before I call in the local service crew.

It has the 3 program buttons on the bottom, and C used to be lit, or was noted in the previous owners notes as the mode to run it on but that no longer stays list after pressing it. when I turn the stove off it continues to feed for a while, and open I open the door after it cools down I am greeted with a overflowing fire bowl with unburned pellets on top. Last night I ran it at the lowest feed setting and highest blower and still have the overfeed problem.
Is anyone able to explain how to reprogram the feed settings, or commit the set program permanently? the owners manual doesn't offer much help on that.

Thanks
