now that there is a right proper truck load.

Yeah, but what does the front look like before they figured it out :p

That's a photoshopped sign on the back tailgate. Look at the telltale pieces on the top left.

Almost gotcha.;);)

I'm not so sure in this case

Definitely not a sign/picture... if it's "faked" it is at least real wood attached to the gate but only little "cookies" attached to the gate in a manner to make it appear as if they are full-length pieces.

Top left is a short that is missing the load strap. Then all along the left top are shorts with no straps.

What's keeping them on the load?

Super glue

Agreed that they could be 1" pieces glued onto the gate but to me, that's about the same thing, just low tech version.

I think it's real wood, and considering the type of truck and the look of the country location, I just don't think anyone would go to the effort to put it together with cookies, but it's possible. I choose to believe it's the worlds greatest stacking job at this point.

On further examination, I do believe it's a false back. The top left corner piece doesn't work with the log above it, and just the perfect end length and a few other things support that it's a well made tailgate/cover. Possibly smuggling something......pretty cool looking though.
