Thats quite a nice setup. At one time I was considering a corn burner. The only way I would do it though is if I can grow my own corn. The problem is having enough land and the equipment to harvest the corn. I would say for most though it would be a cheaper form of heat, until demand would go up. Who knows what the price of corn will do.
