any Hardy people here.. got question about additional stack

Hubby finally fired up the new H4 Hardy outdoor woodburner....
well anyway he only put the unit 25 or 35 feet from house. Windy today,,,, smoke wants to drift toward house...
well of course no customer service on Sundays... well terrible customer service anyway so far. They, at Hardy refer to a (local guy ????)
course He might just call us Monday...
duh ....
Hubby called him Friday evening. It seems all the local dealer(?) do the dealing part on the side... duh...
well the Hardy owners manual only gives a part number. Doesnt say what guage etc it is.. Stainless Single wall pipe though... 8 inch pipe
so is all pipe pretty well same guage???
so anyone have info or clue???

I would say yea, all single wall pipe would be similar. If its a stainless pipe its probably one of the better single wall pipes you could buy.

Not sure a higher stack would really help? Days with lower pressure would still have the smoke lingering towards the ground.
