I'm curious if anyone has looked into modifying the heat commander to gain control over some of the automated functionality?

One of the possibilities that I am most interested in is increasing the blower speed. You can test the difference in blower speed by disconnecting one of the plenum thermocouple wires. I'm guessing this simulates overheating as it causes the blower to go turbo. I'm currently pushing the limited with my current duct sizing and the extra CFMs would be nice.

Obviously this would impact static pressures, but I can deal with that.

Thoughts? Concerns? Ideas?
