Often wonder how you guys manage with the knees. My knees are shot. I can get down to do things but the hard part is getting up. No longer have any leg strength.
My knees are fine, it's my back that hurts most of the time.

I know what you mean. I used to have to stay home from work quite often when my lower back went out. All that sitting ect then standing on concrete floors all day. What I have found is that I need to always do the same routine each day. I do a hamstring stretch, then general stretching, then on my hands and knees do a rocking motion forward and backwards, then as many pushup's as I can do at one time, then go for a walk after all after brunch. Also lying in bed too much makes it go bad. The only thing that fouls me up is when I start doing work around the house, garage ect that involves a punch of bending and crawling and reaching. I am trying to send the truck to the mechanic who has a hoist rather than crawl under it in the driveway. My knees are fine, it's my back that hurts most of the time.
soon as she got her legs fixed she walked away from you lolMy EX wife got both done at the same time.

I have a community mail box slot. I make sure to check it every weekend. I also leave a sharpy in there
as the last person who owned this house decided to save money and not have his mail forwarded.
It doesn't cost a single time to submit a change of address. Likely the guy decided to just inform the companies he wants to hear from, and let the rest just go to you. It's an effective way to dodge a bunch of junk mail. Selfish, but effective.
No, actually here with Canada Post mail forwarding is a product they offer for sale. We did it when we moved from BC to Ontario. These people only moved a mile away and didn't give a S***. I keep a sharpie pen in the mailbox and then his stuff goes in the outgoing slot. It's been awhile now, so there is not much mail anyway.
