We have the AP5710 model so far not very happy with it at all. We have gone through 30 or more bags of pellets within a month or so. Have the stove set at low and pellets are feeding every six seconds and we are only getting 6 hours out of a full hopper not 12 to 13 like advertised. Sometimes the temp reaches 34 causing us to run around and open windows. Auger makes a clunking nouse when turning. Also had the damper set to where its suppose to be on low and all it does is overfill the burn pot. Someone please help as customer service sucks

How is the stoves exhaust vented? You know the pellet usage is a variable, it’s advertised 12-13 with a proper burning fire and the stove on its lowest setting. You have to adjust the damper to get the air - fuel mixture right. The manual is you best friend with these stoves.
