Sorry, boys, but we've just broken the skin here- what we need to do is help the op get to the core, so no picking on me. My granny used to love galas, but she'd often turn red when people treated her golden. Most of the jokes stemmed from her old Irish cousin Macoun, who was rotten.

If Ida known, Jonathan could have helped with a response. My Honey makes a Crisp cobbler, but Granny Smith would wince at that.
