Are Lopi and fireplacextrodinair the same company?

In web browsing I noticed that some of their products look very similar. For example Small Flush Wood Hybrid-Fyre™ Insert that each company offers.

Maybe it's well-known here that they are the same but I didn't know it.

They are both under the same parent company, Travis Industries. So is Avalon.
