Are my headaches caused by my pellet stove?

Humidity is a good suggestion, but you don't want too much either, which could possibly promote mold growth. I have an indoor/outdoor digital weather station which among other things shows indoor humidity. It is usually at about 40-42% which is about the recommended number. I have two humidifiers, one a table top ultrasonic in the living room where the pellet stove is and a steam type we run at night in the bedroom. Temp of the house is generally around 66-68F during the day and evening.
