I recently installed an new Ashley 1406 that I purchased 2 years ago (was waiting to complete a work shop). My question regards cold air blowing out of 4 small holes at the bottom of the stove. The holes are located just below the front door, below the small shelf. Two holes, one over the other on the left and the right side of the stove. When the room blower is on (supplying heat from the top) as expected, cold air is being blown out of these 4 holes. It is very cold in the work shop so it might be ambient air but it does not seem like it should be blowing from these holes. I can find nothing in the manuals to describe the holes or there use. Contacted US Stove but so far they do not understand my question. Anyone have any thoughts? I ran the diagnostic test and the air is blown from these holes when the room fan test is activated.
