Good morning Hearth Team, I am looking for some specs on the Ashley model #AHi1B we just picked up. The Firebricks are missing and there are two open holes in front and we're not sure what goes in there? Can anyone give me some direction? Please and Thank You.

Just a guess, blower outlets?

This insert will need a flue outlet adapter to connect it to a 7 or 8" liner. It can not be legally installed as a slammer any more.

A slammer is an insert with no connection to the chimney. It is just "slammed" in, relying on a seal to the fireplace face to prevent smoke and gases from entering the room.

@jvatcoskay could you post a picture of the inside of your Ashley insert on this thread? They need help with the firebrick pattern.
