re-did auger bushings etc, auger turns freely. Motor detached from auger, still plugged in, push auger feed button, motor hums a bit does not turn. Circuit board?

Having auger motor problems, got new motor but just hums for 20 seconds and shuts off with code. Ordered another motor and does same thing.
Auger turns freely so it's not stuck.

Have you tried the motor when it is not installed?
See it runs freely

Stove model?

Do you mean actual auger? Most augers sit in bushings on one or both ends might have to oil those bushings depending on stove model.

Breckwell Big E. Actual auger like pic above turns freely when not attached to motor. It's got to be something simple but not getting why 2nd new motor doesn't turn when hooked up to wires.

Two things to try while motor and auger installed try applying direct power to it with stove off unplug both wires from auger motor and attach a external power cord like the one pictured, do not turn stove on just the external power cord.

The other thing to try is to jump the hopper switch unplug the two purple wires from hopper switch connect them together with paper clip or jumper wire, tape the connection so it does not touch the body of the stove if the bare connection or wire touches stove it will short your control board. Then start stove. When switches like hopper, low limit and high limit go bad they create weird symptoms like low power and interment power.

Found the problem, the blower motor was stuck which made the hum and the auger motor not turn. Thanks for all your suggestions!
