When i remove the blue wires entirely, the auger works but feeds very fast and the dial-a-fire has no effect on the speed. When i by-pass the "first-delay" pins, the auger will not turn.
I hope the picture is good enough on the timer control. Also, the ignitor doesnt seem to work anyway, even when i by-pass the 120 degree sensor, so maybe that one is bust aswell.

It is definitely not the correct timer, correct one in the states is around $180 usd. Quite a lot for a timer. My VPN is not working today tried to go to Europe to see prices but would only show me USA. Part number ef-037-220v if you look make sure it is the 220v as there is a 115v option also. Apparently someone added the slide switch to slow down initial feed rate while using the installed timer. I would guess and say the slide is not operating. You could try to replace 220v slide or install a 220v Potentionmeter but they don't give those away either and no guarantee that it will fix your stove.
