When i remove the blue wires entirely, the auger works but feeds very fast and the dial-a-fire has no effect on the speed. When i by-pass the "first-delay" pins, the auger will not turn.
I hope the picture is good enough on the timer control. Also, the ignitor doesnt seem to work anyway, even when i by-pass the 120 degree sensor, so maybe that one is bust aswell.

It is definitely not the correct timer, correct one in the states is around $180 usd. Quite a lot for a timer. My VPN is not working today tried to go to Europe to see prices but would only show me USA. Part number ef-037-220v if you look make sure it is the 220v as there is a 115v option also. Apparently someone added the slide switch to slow down initial feed rate while using the installed timer. I would guess and say the slide is not operating. You could try to replace 220v slide or install a 220v Potentionmeter but they don't give those away either and no guarantee that it will fix your stove.

The dial a fire potentiometer measures between 71k ohm and 820k ohm, so that seems okay. I also measured the "switch" that was connected to the auger timer and its values are either 276k ohm or 516k ohm.

The resistance of the dial a fire is immaterial if a true know meter was not measured when new. I would suggest putting the components that belong in the stove then you have a base to start with. If the stove was modded we all are shooting blanks at a target, we don’t want you to just throw parts at it. 😋

I have to make some corrections:
When the vacuum switch is connected right, dial-a-fire bypassed, the extra switch is removed; the auger wont turn. The same happens when i connect the dial-a-fire.
Now, when i connect the dial-a-fire, bypass the vacuum switch and the extra switch is removed; the auger will turn, but you cant control the turn speed.
Does the vacuum switch affect the auger turn speed if it isnt working?

The auger motor and gear box depicts the auger “speed”. The control board programing has the time-set for each heat setting. There is no changing the programing (for end users)

Forget my last post. The issue were a corrosive pin on the vacuum switch. So the stoves "works" but the dial-a-fire has no effect on the auger, which turns too fast.
