Question:

I have an Austroflamm Esprit Gas Stove. The glass panel cracked and broke (I was told by a service tech. that they had this problem with this year and model and that Austroflamm replaced the glass for others). Have you heard anything about this problem? This Esprit was bought maybe 5 or 6 years ago. I have not yet heard back from Austroflamm (after many attempts to contact them, I have not had any response).

Answer:

After 5 or 6 years it would be difficult to make a case. Most glass is warranted for one year or less, since so many things can happen to it.

The company has a web site at: http://austroflammus.com/

you should call them by telephone to try and get a replacement window.
