Hello everyone!

My stove seems to be burning better on the left side of the firebox.
I put some logs on to get it going and close the door and you can see that it always starts better on the left side.

For some reason more air is getting to that side of the stove?

I already changed the door gaskets and the problem still exists.

Well, just a guess. If you are certain that the gasket is sealing well all around the door, then check for proper seating of the upper baffle fire brick and check the air tubes. Make sure that the holes have no obstructions on the right side.

I checked both air tubes.
The front one on the right side has some play to it.
Because of the collar size there is no way to make it completely tight.
