Bath fan

Can this bath fan be used with a fan speed controll like what you would use on a ciealing fan?

I don't see why you couldn't by installing a dimmer switch...but one word of caution...some of these fans are designed to run at one speed...so sometimes slowing the fan blades down may create a hum/louder noise than running one at full speed. (Just my experience)

Probably. It depends on motor type. I think this may have a shaded pole motor in it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shaded-pole_motor

If it does, a standard solid state motor control should work. If it hums a lot or gets too hot the control is not compatible with the fan.
