Earlier today my BIS Tradition was running great. I loaded it up for the night and 5 minutes later expected a nice slow fire. Instead it looks like I have the air intake and timer running wide open... but they are closed! I notice on the right door the flames are dancing against the glass and coming down from the top of the door, which is not typical. I turned off the lights and was able to see flames past the gasket in that area.

So now I am wondering what to do?!? It has a full load in it, is running really hot, and its 80F in the fireplace room. Should I be concerned? How do I replace the gasket tomorrow once it has cooled down?

Thanks! Dean
