I have a BIS Tradition and the top baffle in the back fell onto the air tubes.

I can't figure out how to secure it back in place or exactly how it fits, it seems too large for the space? I am guessing some piece tht holds it up came out and went to the ash pile?

Once both baffles are in place at the top of the fire box it seems it would seal off the chimney completely, how does the smoke get out, is there another path I am not seeing?
