Stove is almost exactly one year old. Blower just bit the dust. Hoping warranty will cover this. The dial has never worked correctly in my opinion: it would turn till it clicked then it would be in high, if you got it just right, otherwise it would be in super low. No in between. Is that normal? Not sure whether to go through the dealer who is approx an hour away or just contact BK.

You can certainly call BK but they might ask you to start with the dealer who made extra profit to provide this type of service.

Curious. Why haven't you had the speed control issue addressed? Call your dealer.
