Picked up a breckwell p2000fs on marketplace. Replaced auger motor. Stove doesnt seem to be feeding correctly. It doesnt feed enough pellets to start. It has the 1 rpm motor. Is it supposed to have the 4rpm? Went through the stove and there are no jams.

Their are 2 different motors for your unit depending on the control panel and date of manufacturer. If it is not feeding enough i would bet you got the wrong motor, what was the RPM on the original.
The above is only for setting the heat setting #1 ( basically the keep alive flame) so it does not go out on you when you put it down to 1. Of your having issues identifying what motor you need post up a picture of the control panel and the date stamp of the stove. When you get this stove running properly they are a great stove. I have a older unit that i got used and it has been rock solid. I have replaced all the motors and control board due to a motor sizing up and sending a power surge though the unit but that was my fault as the motor that caused this was installed upside down so i did not see the oil port on it and never oiled it. But after replacing everything the unit has never run better

Your Breckwell P2000FS likely uses a 4 RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) clockwise auger motor (Part #C-E-010), common for models with 1-inch auger coil spacing, but some older units (pre-2003 or certain serials) might use a 1 RPM motor, so checking your auger shaft's coil spacing (1" for 4 RPM, 2" for 1 RPM) or your control board settings is crucial for correct replacement, as Breckwell used both speeds over the years.

1996 unit. Serial number 11155. Ive done the trim adjustment and it still won't feed the burnpot for startup. It has the digital board.

Can you run it without pellets and ignition and count the number of auger revolutions per minute?

What heat level you trying to start the stove on? I never start on level one even with my trim turned up as its hit and miss if it will start. Im always on 2-3 and my stove never goes above 3

Another issue could be your pellets. The first year i had my stove the brand of pellets were very inconsistent with alot of long ones in it. I figured these were slowing down the feed depending on how they lined up with the auger.. Changed brands and had no more feed issues

Motor and gear box are one unit and changing it out would not work anyway as the controller is set for a 1 rpm box
Holy cow. Sounds the the person that had it before the OP used the wrong card?

Most auger/geared motors are interchangeable if you have a good gearbox and micrometer🤪. Best bet it is supposed to have a 4 rpm so no matter what, it won’t be enough to keep the stove running. It may run at an idle if the heat setting at 4-5. But will never get hotter

If the OP has a card for 1RPM, and a one RPM gearbox, but a 4 RPM auger spacing, can you put the 1 RPM auger in?
" (1" for 4 RPM, 2" for 1 RPM"

Guess I am confused again, Rustichearth installed a new 1 rpm motor in his new to him pellet stove. It is the wrong motor for that year 1996. It should be the 4 rpm motor. Need to replace the 1 rpm with a 4 rpm or am I missing something? And yes most auger motors include the gearbox already attached to motor and they are just called motors.

I'm getting confused on the control card version verses tooth spacing on the auger verses RPM of the gearbox. The only thing
I know for sure (I hope) is that the motor would be "almost" the same

4rpm motor came in and runs great now. 1 rpm was what came off. Appreciate the help.

This is the part I couldn't figure out...looks like the fix was just to buy the 4rpm auger motor/gearbox
