My wife and I were watching one of those DIY shows. They were remodeling a kitchen and on one wall they installed some sort of
brick. They looked like real bricks but were only about 3/4" thick. They spaced them out with temporary wooden spacers. After it dried they put what looked a lot like mortar around the bricks. Our stove is in an alcove and there is some damage on those walls
(we had a built in computer desk there previously.) We liked the brick. Has anyone used this brick. Any recommendations. It definately wasn't Z-brick that was used back in the 70's.
Thanks-JS
