Have two stoves , accentra insert and accentra free standing which is in the basement. Burning doug fir in both. Insert has minimal soft powder residue. Basement stove has a 3/4 sooty leftover in the burn pot. Thoughts please?
Burn pot is left with sooty 3/4 burned pellets....
