I'm sure this was talked about before ? I'm a old member still burning my Quad Mt. Vernon Pellet insert. Hi Guys ! Everyone is out of pellets here in south central PA already ! They want to sell grass seed instead of pellets even though it is to go into teens again tomorrow and we had 5 inches of snow yesterday ! I have a few bags left but want to know if I can use the equine in a emergency ? What ever happened to Cory ? He went to work at New England stoves I believe ? thanks

People have been quite impressed with the TSC equine bedding pine pellets - as long as they are a blond color. Those of us that have gotten darker pellets are not quite so happy. The darker ones will burn and put out some heat in an emergency, they are just very ashy and yucky burning. I think you can find a discussion in the pellet review section.

I started the suggestion last heating season to a poster that could not find heating pellets down south. Lots of nags in FL

Yes use them, I have in my Harman. Limited pellets available around here for now, decent backup I guess.. And the bedding is .50 cheaper per bag..

I noticed that yesterday at the farm store too. The store handles pellets from the same manufacture
