Thank you indeed. I have moved this to it's own thread with an explicit title to make it more discoverable in the future. That allowed me to promote it to being a Sticky at the top. If there are other BK maintenance videos, add them to this thread and I can retitle it.

Thank you for posting the vids Chris. It sure looks easier to replace the bypass gasket with a “dummy” cut out section of the stove.😳
After looking through other threads I think it would be great value if a video, or at least instructions on how to test and if necessary adjust the bypass door in this sticky would be very much appreciated. I understand there are two bolts to be adjusted (one a keeper).
In my case I've done the dollar bill test, and while I get enough resistance to prevent a dollar bill being pulled out from the front (when facing the user) and the left and right sides, I am able to pull out a bill (with reasonable resistance) from the back at the left middle and right ends of the edge (towards the stove pipe). Given that I don't have the privilege of a cut-away stove (haha) I don't fancy trying the adjustment if I don't need to, but would like to have some guidance or opinions on my situation.

Being able to pull it out is fine as long as it has some notable resistance.
To me this suggests your bypass is fine.
Not being able to pull it out may be needlessly tight?
