Can’t identify insert stove

Hello if anyone could come up with manufacturer or an idea where they hid serial number on this wood stove greatly appreciated. I need to order new secondary tubes and complete liner as the cement boards have deteriorated quite bad. Here’s a pic of the only symbol on the stove and of stove itself thanks in advance

Just to add the house was built in 2007 and stove was purchased new so it’s from that time frame. I just can’t find the company with that symbol anywhere. No plate on any of outsides and not under smoke plate screwed to inner roof of stove

Thanks was just hoping to get manufacturer to buy a complete liner kit as well as tubes. Any recommendations of cut to size refractory panels/fire brick panels? Need to do all 3 sides and bottom
