Can my Combustion motor still be bad?

A small piece of Creosote jammed my motor. I removed the motor, cleaned it, put it back in and its running fine, but I seem to have a lazy flame than I used to. I cleaned the stove top down, inside out, cleaned the venting and a week later, the vent and fan blades are covered in black dust. Almost as if the fan is not powerful enough to keep the unit clean.

Can the motor be bad? It seems to run fine, just clogs up often after the thing was jammed while powered on.

Without being able to tach the fan its very possible to have toasted the exhaust fan and if its lost 10% of the rpm you have got trouble on electrically controlled exhaust systems. Some of the older stoves run the fan hard and you use a manual damper you have some more leeway.
