I live in Massachusetts and tried checking on what the building codes were regarding a pellet boiler that will be direct vented installed in a gagrage. Is there a building code against this installation? If so, could someone post a link? We also were looking at the possibility of framing it into a tiny room meeting all fire code specs. ie. fire resistant sheetrock and metal door. Is this allowed? We will also have a sprinkler system and co detector along with smoke detector.
Thanks for any help.
