Just curious. i noticed one of my bricks is cracked in half in my Regency F2400. All the local ones i see at places around me are the heavier clay type bricks. Does it matter if I mix them?

TIA - Brian

It has been argued time and time again on this forum, but to the point...Pumice bricks and clay type have different insulation properties. My suggestion is to replace bricks with the type that came from the factory. There was a reason they used them.
