Can't change blower speed on Whitfield Adv. II

I have a circulation blower that runs at the same speed regardless of what I set it to. The blower WILL change speeds a little when I adjust the auger speed, so I don't think it's the fan itself. I saw a similar post where the issue was the wire shorting the thermostat connection came loose, but mine's in there snugly.

Is this something I can fix myself by replacing some known board (psc120a-3605) component (triac?) or do I need to send the board out for diags/repair?

Can you post a pic of inside n outside of board?

If its like this one i would not recommend trying to repair it unless you have electronics background, this one needed buttons and was a basket case from a power surge.

Thanks for the reply. I'll take some pics as soon as I get back home, but it does look like that one on the left.

I'm somewhat handy with a soldering iron and have done simple repairs (replacing transistors, capacitors, diodes, etc) on a few pinball machine boards from the 80's.

Ok cool, does the fan turn off and on? Speed is controlled by programming or potentiometers you may want to check the caps also. They do use pretty good caps but they still go bad with age
