Judging from the news paper used to fill in the gaps in the insulation this thing has been here since 1975... When a new F250 with 390 and 4 speed was $5,499! I'm still not sure how pulling the heat disapator out is gonna work. Looks like all the pipe is sitting on the stove just waiting to come down.

Yeah that is normally how it is done. you usually pull the pipe out first
 
Ha. We always shove a current newspaper in a wall before sealing it up whenever we do a significant remodel.
Depending on the paper, we'll scribble the current cost of gas and how the Sox or pats are doing on the front page.

If you want to make the future homeowners happy, better collect a bunch of today's papers rather than waiting until april...
