Start by checking snap discs - manually reset high limit (2) and burn back protector (3). If they cannot be reset, replace. Next would be to replace control box per the manual troubleshooting.

Control box has timing circuit for the combustion blower to shut down on turn off and to shut down if thermocouple doesn't send mV reading on startup to signify ignition has happened. I'd bet the control box is in need of replacement.
