I am getting my chimney and stove ready for the winter. This Combuster has been through two seasons, maybe 3-3.5 full cords burned in total. Mostly Ash and some maple seasoned for at least a year.

Inspecting the combustor, the bottom edge still looks flush with the retainer, but it is about 3/8" back from the top edge and left side.

It otherwise looks fine but it looks like it has come loose from its frame. Has anyone else experienced this?

Found several threads with the same issue. Let's see how the warranty process goes. I am probably going to buy a Midwest Hearth catalyst because I will need to start burning sometime in November. Will try ceramic this time.
