Question:
Now I read on here that these Blaze King type stoves are 70% or more efficient. How much more efficient would that be compared to my dad's stove he bought in 1982 and like I said its just basic I believe its called "Triumph" (spelling).
Last question: as for catalytic stoves are Blaze King a well built stove now a days?
Answer:
Blaze King are well regarded stoves.
If a cat stove is 70% efficient, this makes it probably 50% more efficient than an older stove which might have been 45-50%.
In any case, don't expect 24 hour burn times. The best stoves will hold an overnight fire as long as 8-14+ hours, but that's about the max. Having realistic expectations will help you enjoy your stove more.
