CFM corp. was part of VC (or vice versa) when they went through the whole bankruptcy deal. Their stoves used to be low cost steel boxes that Lowes sold.

They sort of disappeared a while and I wasn't sure if the Century Heating that we see flashed around a bit was the same company under a different name. While playing around last night I found my CFM Century stove listed at Century Hearth for spare parts. I guess that proves they're related.
