Installing a through wall supervent chimney
Need 1/4" slope per ft on horizontal...
How do you accomplish this when pipes lock together and still get a plumb stack?

The thimble has a little extra room around the pipe. The pipe will have enough deflection in it to get some rise. Don't worry too much with the rise unless you have a long horizontal run, which is not ideal anyway. Just make sure that the horizontal piece isn't running down hill. Flat is fine, some rise is even better.
