Question:

I have read about something called a chimney pillow to eliminate cold air coming down in a fireplace. It is an inflatable devise which you insert in the fireplace below the damper and then inflate to create a barrier to keep the cold air from entering. Dulley has written about it in one of his home columns in the paper. Do you know what company makes them or what retailer sells them? Thanks

Answer:

try: http://www.chimneyballoon.us

or

http://www.batticdoor.com

Both are units which seal off air from escaping up the fireplace.
