The circuit board cover is now stuck closed. It used to open by giving it a slight tap. Is it possible to fix the touch latch or does it need to be replaced?

Normally they get stuck because the cover is out of line.
I have had to play with them to get the door back in place.
Or just remove it

Screwdriver very thin blade or a kitchen knife press door and try to gently
pry at the upper right side of the door. If it does not come open press door again
and try again It should pop open without to much force. Can you show me a close-up photo of the door?

Thanks that worked! Got it popped open and see now that one of the prongs on the touch latch is missing - time to order another part!
